Basketball Game Preview: Livermore Cowboys vs. California Grizzlies

Livermore is 0-10 against California since February of 2016 but things could change on Tuesday. The Livermore Cowboys will look to defend their home court against the California Grizzlies at 7:30 p.m. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Last Friday, Livermore came up short against Foothill and fell 50-41. The Cowboys have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, after a string of eight wins, California's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They lost to San Ramon Valley at home by a 77-63 margin.

Livermore's loss dropped their record down to 14-8. As for California, their defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 19-3.

Livermore ended up a good deal behind California when the teams last played back in January of 2024, losing 69-55. Thankfully for Livermore, ARMAN MARTIN (who posted 23 points) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result? There's only one way to find out.
