Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Hannah Hasty and Brooklyn Morris Lead Chattooga to Victory

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Chattooga had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Haralson County Rebels. The win was nothing new for the Indians as they're now sitting on three straight.

Chattooga was especially dominant in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-12, 25-19.

Leading Chattooga to victory were Brooklyn Morris and Hannah Hasty. Morris had 12 digs, while Hasty had ten digs. That's the most digs Hasty has posted over her last six matches.

Chattooga was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 17 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least 13 aces in three consecutive contests.

Chattooga's record is now 34-12. As for Haralson County, their loss dropped their record down to 18-15.

Chattooga wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Bremen on the 25th. Haralson County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
