Basketball Recap: Immaculata Takes a Loss

Immaculata suffered their closest loss since January 25, 2024 on Thursday. They fell just short of the Ridge Red Devil by a score of 65-62. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Tuesday (58), the Spartans still had to take the loss.

Immaculata's defeat dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Ridge, their victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-1.

Immaculata and Ridge should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps New Jersey Rankings. Immaculata (ranked 40th) will meet Hamilton (ranked 335th) at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Similarly, Ridge will square off against Oratory Prep at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday up 123 places (11 vs. 134).
