Football Game Preview: West Catholic Falcons vs. Ogemaw Heights Falcons + How To Watch

West Catholic will take on Ogemaw Heights at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. West Catholic will be looking to extend their current 11-game winning streak.

West Catholic is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They blew past Hackett Catholic Prep, posting a 27-0 win. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Falcons' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan football rankings (they are ranked 24th, while the Fighting Irish are ranked 110th).

West Catholic had a senior duo take command as Connor Olszewski rushed for 158 yards and Grady Augustyn rushed for 57 yards and two TDs on only eight carries.

West Catholic was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 323 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 155 rushing yards in eight consecutive contests.

On the defensive side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to West Catholic's defense and their five sacks. Christian Patterson refused to say out of the backfield, picking up three sacks all by himself.

Meanwhile, Ogemaw Heights got the win against Swan Valley on Saturday by a conclusive 34-14. Considering the Falcons have won ten games by more than 19 points this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

West Catholic's record is now 11-1. As for Ogemaw Heights, their record now sits at an identical 11-1.
