Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Cole). They never let the Luling Eagles onto the board and left with an 8-0 win on Friday. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Cougars with their most commanding win of the season.

Cole has also been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 22 goals over those five matchups. As for Luling, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cole will venture away from home to face off against Young Men's Leadership Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Cole is facing Young Men's Leadership Academy at the right time seeing as Young Men's Leadership Academy is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Luling, they will head out on the road to square off against La Vernia at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. La Vernia will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Luling surely won't give up without a fight.
