Tennyson and Mt. Diablo are an even 3-3 against one another since May of 2023, but likely not for long. The Lancers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Red Devils at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Tennyson is looking for their season's first victory.

Thursday just wasn't the day for Tennyson's offense. They lost 10-0 to Hayward last Thursday.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mt. Diablo). They blew past Richmond 26-6 on Thursday. The team's explosion at the plate also rewarded the Red Devils with their most commanding win of the season.

Tennyson's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Mt. Diablo, the win got them back to even at 5-5.

Tennyson came up short against Mt. Diablo in their previous matchup back in March of 2025, falling 9-5. Can the Lancers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
