Baseball Game Preview: Peninsula Panthers vs. Roosevelt Rough Riders

The Peninsula Panthers will face off against the Roosevelt Rough Riders at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Peninsula will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

Peninsula is headed into the game having just posted their closest victory since April 3, 2024 on Saturday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Mary Star of the Sea 8-6. Eight seems to be a good number for the Panthers as the team scooped up a victory with the same number of runs in their previous game.

Jasper Hill looked comfortable as he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit.

Roosevelt's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Peninsula, their win bumped their record up to 3-0.
