Basketball Recap: Madera South Takes a Loss

Madera South was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 61-52 to the Immanuel Eagles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Stallions of the 57-51 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in December of 2022.

Madera South's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Immanuel, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.

Looking ahead, Madera South won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Stockdale at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Immanuel, they will also get right back to it: they'll face off against Fresno at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
