Volleyball Game Preview: Edison Tech Inventors vs. North Rose-Wolcott Cougars

After both having extra time off, the Edison Tech Inventors and the North Rose-Wolcott Cougars will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Edison Tech came up short against McQuaid Jesuit on Monday, falling 3-0. The loss continues a trend for the Inventors in their meetings with the Knights: they've now lost four in a row.

For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last four times North Rose-Wolcott and Wayne have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Wednesday. The Cougars were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Eagles.

North Rose-Wolcott's victory ended a four-match drought at home and bumped them up to 3-6. As for Edison Tech, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-7.

Everything went Edison Tech's way against North Rose-Wolcott in their previous meeting on October 8th, as Edison Tech made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Inventors since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
