Volleyball Recap: North Buncombe Comes Up Short

North Buncombe was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 17th straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Owen Warhorses. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warhorses this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in August.

The final score came out to 25-13, 25-18, 25-15.

North Buncombe's loss dropped their record down to 1-20. As for Owen, the win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 19-1.

North Buncombe has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against T.C. Roberson on the 14th. As for Owen, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Mountain Heritage on the 14th.
