Volleyball Recap: Tulelake Extends Winning Streak to Four

Tulelake waltzed into their contest on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They blew past the Happy Camp Indians 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Tulelake was: they took every set by at least 12 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-12, 25-8.

Carli Orr paced Tulelake's offense, picking up 11 kills. Orr got some help from Kayla Frey and her 14 assists. Mareli Hernandez controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

The win got Tulelake back to even at 11-11. As for Happy Camp, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.

Tulelake has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Surprise Valley on the 7th. As for Happy Camp, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Big Valley on the 7th.
