Basketball Recap: Napoleon Comes Up Short

Napoleon lost against Whitmer back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Napoleon Wildcats came up short against the Whitmer Panthers, falling 81-55.

Napoleon's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Whitmer, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-2.

Napoleon and Ayersville will round out the year against one another at at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Whitmer, they will face off against St. Mary's Prep at 6:25 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in Whitmer's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
