Football Recap: Topeka Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Topeka can now relate to. They were beaten by the Derby Panthers 49-0 on Friday. The Trojans haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Topeka's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Derby, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.

As of now, neither Topeka nor Derby have any future games scheduled.
