Preview: Keller Indians vs. V.R. Eaton Eagles
The Keller Indians will be playing at home against the V.R. Eaton Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Keller comes in on ten and V.R. Eaton on four.
Keller can now show off 12 landslide victories after their most recent match on Friday. They really took it to Timber Creek for the full four quarters, racking up a 78-47 win at home. With Keller ahead 47-23 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
Keller relied on the efforts of Steven Ramirez, who scored 22 points along with four steals, and Brooks Bahr, who scored 32 points along with seven rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Bahr has scored all season. Rhett Schank was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with eight rebounds.
Meanwhile, V.R. Eaton beat Southlake Carroll 53-43 last Tuesday.
Keller has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 17 of their last 18 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 24-5 record this season. As for V.R. Eaton, their win bumped their record up to 21-7.
Keller strolled past V.R. Eaton in their previous meeting back in January by a score of 62-43. Will Keller repeat their success, or does V.R. Eaton have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
