Tyler Lacombe Game Report: @ Smithson Valley

Opposing passers better start keeping an eye on Tyler Lacombe: he recorded his first sack on Friday and we're guessing he's looking for more. He also made eight total tackles (1.0 for loss) and defended one pass, but sadly Pieper still had to take a 27-17 loss at the hands of Smithson Valley. We hope Lacombe's good effort is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Lacombe and Pieper will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Seguin at 7:00 p.m. on the 10th. Coming in off a loss to Boerne-Champion in their last outing, the Matadors are looking for some redemption. Will the Warriors have enough to fend them off?
