Softball Game Preview: Kossuth Aggies vs. Nettleton Tigers

For the second straight game, Kossuth will face off against Nettleton. The Aggies will challenge the Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Kossuth 2.9, Nettleton 2.2) so any runs scored will be well earned.

Kossuth is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They came out on top against Nettleton by a score of 6-3.

For Nettleton's part, Bailey Payne spent all eight innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned (and two unearned) runs on eight hits. Payne has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances.
