Orlandus Craft leads a balanced attack to beat Glascock County

The Taliaferro County JAGUARS's's nine-game losing streak came to an end on Monday. They came out on top against Glascock County by a score of 59-52. Taliaferro County's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Taliaferro County's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Orlandus Craft, who dropped a double-double on 24 points and 12 rebounds. Those 12 rebounds set a new season-high mark for him. The team also got some help courtesy of Jemauri Merritt, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 18 rebounds.
Taliaferro County's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-9. As for Glascock County, their defeat was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 0-7.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Taliaferro County will be home for the holidays to greet Lake Oconee Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Glascock County will be home for the holidays to greet Jefferson County at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Jefferson County is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak.
