It was a good run, but BVCHEA HomeSchool unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-match winning streak on Saturday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the North Central Texas Academy Pioneers.

Paula Urizar had a dynamite game For North Central Texas Academy., getting 18 digs and three aces. That's the most aces Urizar has posted over her last six matchups.

BVCHEA HomeSchool's defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 20-14. As for North Central Texas Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-8 record this season.

BVCHEA HomeSchool will welcome Richards at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. North Central Texas Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
