Softball Recap: Stevens Takes a Loss

Stevens made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Monadnock, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Cardinals fell just short of the Huskies by a score of 12-10 on Thursday. The Cardinals haven't had much luck with the Huskies recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Stevens now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Monadnock, their victory bumped their record up to 6-3.

Coming up, Stevens will be playing in front of their home fans against Hillsboro-Deering at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Monadnock, they will head out on the road to square off against Conant at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
