Makenna Campbell had an outrageously good game as she had 17 digs and two aces. That's the most digs she has posted since back in September.
Campbell wasn't the only good servers: Mississinewa was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 14 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in eight consecutive matchups.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Pendleton Heights, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over Greenfield-Central on Thursday.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-18, 20-25, 25-21.
Mississinewa's victory bumped their record up to 18-3. As for Pendleton Heights, their win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-6 and their overall record up to 14-15.
Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of Tuesday's contest: Mississinewa has really dialed in their serving this season, having averaged 9.8 aces per game. However, it's not like Pendleton Heights struggles in that department as they've been averaging 7.1 aces. Given these competing strengths, it'll be interesting to see how their clash plays out.
