Soccer Recap: Kennett Comes Up Short

After flying high against Berlin on Tuesday, Kennett came back down to earth. The Eagles fell just short of the Souhegan Sabers by a score of 1-0 on Thursday.

Kennett's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4-2. As for Souhegan, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-1-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Kennett is set to take on their familiar foe Kingswood at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Souhegan will face off against rival Hollis-Brookline at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
