Recap: Reading Blue Devils vs. North College Hill Trojans
The Reading Blue Devils entered their tilt with the North College Hill Trojans with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Reading secured a 57-53 W over North College Hill on Friday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Reading also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2022.
North College Hill's loss came despite strong showings from Jaiveon Allen and Deriyon New. Allen scored 14 points along with three steals, while New scored nine points along with five rebounds.
Reading now has a winning record of 5-4. As for North College Hill, they bumped their record down to 1-6 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.
Reading will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Taylor at 7:30 p.m. on January 5th. Taylor and Reading are at an even 5-5 over their past ten head-to-heads. As for North College Hill, they will play host again and welcome Deer Park, where tip off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Deer Park is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak.
