It was a good run, but Seneca unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-match winning streak on Thursday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Henry-Senachwine Mallards. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Fighting Irish haven't been shut out since back in September.

Seneca's defeat dropped their record down to 20-8. As for Henry-Senachwine, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 28-4.

Seneca didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Aurora Central Catholic on the 18th. As for Henry-Senachwine, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Lowpoint-Washburn on the 20th.
