Beech Grove is a perfect 4-0 against Perry Meridian since November of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Hornets will look to defend their home court against the Falcons at 7:30 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Beech Grove will bounce into Tuesday's contest after beating Christel House, who they had gone 0-3 against in their three prior meetings. The Hornets walked away with a 72-65 victory over the Eagles on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Perry Meridian beat Purdue Polytechnic 75-64 on Saturday.

Perry Meridian's win came from a few key players Beech Grove will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Ezra Ceaser, who shot 89% from the field en route to 17 points and eight boards. Those eight rebounds gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Jayden Porter, who went 6-for-10 on his way to 14 points and six assists.

The win got Perry Meridian back to even at 1-1. As for Beech Grove, the victory also got them back to even at 1-1.

Beech Grove was able to grind out a solid win over Perry Meridian in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, winning 61-51. Will the Hornets repeat their success, or do the Falcons have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
