There's no place like home for Mandeville, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They blew past the Ponchatoula Green Wave, posting a 27-0 win. That 27 point margin sets a new team best for the Skippers this season.

Krew Collura threw for 250 yards and two TDs while completing 83.3% of his passes. Jake Jacketti was his top target, picking up 52 receiving yards and one score. On the ground, Jax O'Quin rushed for 42 yards.

Mandeville has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 12.0 points on average over those games. As for Ponchatoula, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.
