After a string of five wins, Gentry's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They came up short against the Shiloh Christian Saints, falling 15-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Pioneers have suffered since March 11th.

Gentry's loss dropped their record down to 16-5. As for Shiloh Christian, the win was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Gentry will head out to face off against Pea Ridge at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Shiloh Christian, they will square off against Gravette at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Saints 3.4, the Lions 3.4) so any runs scored will be well earned.
