Volleyball Recap: Jackson Takes a Loss

Jackson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Kamiak Knights, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Knights this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in September.

Despite the defeat, Jackson saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Hannah Jumpawong had ten digs and two aces. Lauren Felipe also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assists of the season.

Jackson's loss dropped their record down to 6-15. As for Kamiak, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season.

As of now, neither Jackson nor Kamiak have any future games scheduled.
