Basketball Recap: Horace Picks Up Ninth Consecutive Victory

Horace waltzed into their matchup on Friday with eight straight wins... but they left with nine. They came out on top against the Fargo Davies Eagles by a score of 81-70. Horace has seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Fargo Davies, too.

Horace's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-1. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 82.0 points per game. As for Fargo Davies, they moved to 10-3 with that defeat, which also ended their five-game winning streak.

Horace has already played their next contest (against Fargo South), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Fargo Davies will face off against Red River at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Fargo Davies knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past six games -- so hopefully Red River likes a good challenge.
