Softball Recap: Annapolis Sets Scoring Season-High Against Robichaud

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Annapolis). They put the hurt on the Robichaud Bulldogs with a sharp 23-4 win on Monday. The result was nothing new for the Cougars, who have now won seven contests by 11 runs or more so far this season.

Joselle Grimm 2026 was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, four RBI, and two runs. Another player making a difference was Lexi Harleton 2026, who got on base in all four of her plate appearances with four runs and two stolen bases.

The victory made it two in a row for Annapolis and bumps their season record up to 7-3. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 6 runs in those games. As for Robichaud, their loss was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-8.

Annapolis will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Bulldogs: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
