After losing to Lisle the last time they met, Berwyn/Cicero Morton decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Mustangs skirted past the Lions 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Mustangs.

Despite the loss, Lisle saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Lilliana Rocha had 11 digs and one assist. Jaya Claussen also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

Berwyn/Cicero Morton's win bumped their record up to 10-4. As for Lisle, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-10.

Berwyn/Cicero Morton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Ridgewood on the 20th. As for Lisle, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Taft on the 20th.
