Baseball Recap: Hilliard Comes Up Short

Hilliard was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Baldwin Indians, falling 13-3. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Red Flashes of the 12-5 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2024.

Hilliard saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was RJ Jackson, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Hilliard's loss dropped their record down to 4-16. As for Baldwin, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-11.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hilliard will host Ribault at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Baldwin, they will welcome Williston at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
