East waltzed into their match on Thursday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came within five points of losing the streak, but they secured an 18-13 W against Irondequoit.

East pushed their record up to 9-1-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 9.8 points on average over those games. As for Irondequoit, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-10-1 record this season.

East has already played their next game, a 6-6 tie against Greece Olympia/Greece Odyssey on the 15th. Irondequoit does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
