Doniphan-Trumbull can bid farewell to their four-match losing streak thanks to their match on Saturday. They came out on top against the Superior Wildcats by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 on September 9th.

Charlee Richter paced Doniphan-Trumbull's offense, picking up eight kills. Richter got some help from Laini Rath and her 13 assists. Richter was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Doniphan-Trumbull's victory bumped their record up to 9-10. As for Superior, they are on a 15-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-17.

Coming up, Doniphan-Trumbull will head out to face off against Ravenna on Tuesday. As for Superior, they will take on Wood River at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
