Heath Weeden Game Report: vs Berlin

For the first time in his career, Heath Weeden scored a receiving touchdown on Friday. He picked up 12 receiving yards and one score, but sadly Newington still had to take a 24-7 loss at the hands of Berlin. We rated that as his best performance since December 3rd, 2024, when he picked up a sack, forced one fumble, and made 13 total tackles in addition to snagging an interception.

Coming up, Weeden and Newington will face off against Edwin O. Smith at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
