Volleyball Recap: Eagle Ridge Academy Comes Up Short + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Eagle Ridge Academy can now relate to. They fell 3-1 to the Banning Lewis Academy Stallions on Saturday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Stallions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 two weeks ago.

This is the second loss in a row for Eagle Ridge Academy and nudges their season record down to 9-16. Admittedly, the team was facing some tough opposition over that stretch, including 22-2 Resurrection Christian (their opponents had an average overall winning percentage of 83.3% over those games). As for Banning Lewis Academy, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 18-6.

Eagle Ridge Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Banning Lewis Academy, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Resurrection Christian on the 8th.
