Football Game Preview: Northview Vikings vs. San Dimas Saints + Official Tickets

The Northview Vikings will head out to take on the San Dimas Saints at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Northview will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.

On Friday, Northview really took it to Diamond Ranch for the full four quarters, racking up a 47-14 victory. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 27-0.

Northview's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Robert Lucero, who threw for 191 yards and three TDs on only 18 passes. Aaron Guillen helped Lucero out on the ground, rushing for 88 yards and one touchdown on only ten carries, while also picking up 46 receiving yards.

Northview was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 241 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since back in October of 2024.

Meanwhile, San Dimas didn't have quite enough to beat West Covina on Friday and fell 23-20.

Northview's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for San Dimas, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-3 record this season.

Everything came up roses for Northview against San Dimas in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 40-10 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Vikings since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
