Football Recap: Nicholas County Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Despite a strong season so far, Nicholas County has seen their luck take a bit of a downturn recently. They had to suffer through a 51-14 loss at the hands of the Raceland Rams. While losing is never fun, the Bluejackets can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky football rankings (they are ranked 142nd, while the Rams are ranked 34th).

Nicholas County's defeat dropped their record down to 7-2. As for Raceland, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Nicholas County will head out to square off against Bath County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Raceland, they will venture away from home to take on East Carter at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
