Football Recap: Jason Kwasnik's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Aloha over Forest Grove

Aloha was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Forest Grove Vikings, falling 42-21. That's two games in a row now that the Warriors have lost by exactly 21 points.

Aloha's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jason Kwasnik, who threw for 168 yards and three TDs. The Warriors' leading receiver Luca Blanchet was Kwasnik's top target yet again, picking up 93 receiving yards and one score.

Aloha's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Forest Grove, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season.

Aloha has already played their next matchup, a 35-0 loss against Wilsonville on the 17th. As for Forest Grove, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 41-7 defeat against Canby on the 17th.
