Cedarcrest is a perfect 3-0 against Lindbergh since October of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Red Wolves will look to defend their home field against the Eagles at 7:00 p.m.

Cedarcrest is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Interlake just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Friday. They were beaten by the Saints 48-7. Having soared to a lofty 63 points in the game before, the Red Wolves couldn't push the score so high this time.

Aiden Valentine put forth a good effort for the losing side as he rushed for 54 yards and one TD.

Meanwhile, after low-scoring totals in their previous three matchup, Lindbergh brought some dynamite into their most recent contest. They claimed a resounding 45-0 victory over Evergreen. The Eagles' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Lindbergh didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Chris Cornelius and Maurice White.

Cedarcrest's loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 5-2. As for Lindbergh, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-6.

Cedarcrest skirted past Lindbergh 2-0 when the teams last played back in November of 2024. Will the Red Wolves repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
