The Christian Family Academy Fire were victorious over the visiting University Christian Barracudas basketball squad by a final score of 68-49 in Friday's non-league outing.

Next, the Fire clash with the Temple Baptist Eagles (Asheville, NC) in a Western Piedmont outing, on Tuesday, February 3. Christian Family Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 12-3 season record. The Eagles enter the outing with a 13-7 record after their 73-55 league win over Pinnacle Classical Academy (Shelby, NC).

The Barracudas (2-5) will now prepare for their game against Hickory Christian Academy (Hickory, NC). The Knights go into the NCISAA Foothills game with a 5-9 record.
