The Bulldogs now possess a 7-4 record. They play next when they host Morgantown Christian Academy for a non-league bout on Friday, January 23. Nebo Crossing Academy will play a Mustangs team coming off a 74-32 non-league win over Oak Level Baptist Academy (Stokesdale, NC). The Mustangs record now stands at 9-3.

With the loss, Haywood Christian Academy falls to 1-11 on the campaign. The Red wolves host Long Shoals Wesleyan Academy (Lincolnton, NC) to play the Crusaders in a Western Piedmont bout on Friday, January 23. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Long Shoals Wesleyan Academy lost 80-33 in their recent non-league test against Cornerstone Christian Academy (Statesville, NC)
