The Lake Norman Wildcats (Mooresville, NC) lacrosse routed the visiting Northwest Guilford Vikings (Greensboro, NC), 14-1 in Thursday's non-league outing.

The Wildcats now own a 13-3 record. They take the field next when they host Weddington for a non-league outing on Monday, April 27. Lake Norman will face a Warriors squad coming off a 19-2 non-league loss to St. Anne's-Belfield (Charlottesville, VA). The Warriors record now stands at 10-3.

With the loss, Northwest Guilford falls to 6-7 on the year. The Vikings host East Forsyth (Kernersville, NC) to face the Eagles in a Conference 5 outing on Friday, April 24. The Eagles go into the outing with a record of 5-9. East Forsyth won 10-2 in their recent non-league outing against West Stokes (King, NC)
