In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Faith Christian Patriots volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Epiphany Falcons.

The Patriots (17-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Rocky Mount Academy (Rocky Mount, NC). The Eagles come into the NCISAA Coastal Plain Independent challenge with a 17-2 record. In their last challenge, Rocky Mount Academy beat Wayne Country Day (Goldsboro, NC), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Falcons meet the Liberty Christian Academy Heat (Richlands, NC) in a NCISAA Coastal Plain Independent challenge, on Thursday, October 9. Epiphany will attempt to upgrade on its 7-13 season record. The Heat come into the challenge with a 13-8 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Mintz Christian Academy (Roseboro, NC).
