The Vikings now possess a 13-8 record. They play next when they host Elkhorn North for a non-league bout on Thursday, February 19. Northwest will play a Wolves team coming off a 64-41 non-league win over Grand Island Central Catholic (Grand Island, NE). The Wolves record now stands at 15-5.

With the loss, Gretna falls to 12-10 on the season. The Dragons travel to Gretna East (Gretna, NE) to encounter the Griffins in a B District 2 test on Friday, February 20. The Griffins come into the test with a record of 15-6. Gretna East won 73-46 in their recent non-league test against Blair (Blair, NE)
