The Douglas County West Falcon basketball team scored 59 points and limited the host Conestoga Cougars to 42 in the Falcon league triumph on Tuesday.

The Falcon now have a 8-14 record. They play next when they host Platteview for a B District 4 game on Friday, February 13. Douglas County West will confront a Trojans team coming off a 44-33 non-league loss to Seward (Seward, NE). The Trojans record now stands at 13-10.

With the loss, Conestoga falls to 4-17 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Syracuse (Syracuse, NE) to clash with the Rockets in a C1 District 1 outing on Friday, February 13. The Rockets enter the outing with a record of 7-13. Syracuse won 45-32 in their recent league outing against Auburn (Auburn, NE)
