On Tuesday Grace Okamoto didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out ten over four innings pitched. The performance marked the fewest hits Okamoto has had since back in April of 2024. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was her fifth in a row with more than five strikeouts. On the year, she has been strong no matter where she plays. On the mound, she has an ERA of 6.03 over 33.7 innings pitched. Meanwhile, at bat she has slashed 0.577/0.656/0.885 with 13 runs.
