After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last four games, Dudley finally came back down to earth on Tuesday. They lost 13-1 to the Rockingham County Cougars. The Panthers' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Dudley saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jahsiah Lowe, who went 1-for-3 with one double. That double was Lowe's first of the season.

Dudley's defeat dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Rockingham County, their win was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-1.

While Dudley had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
