San Jacinto has gone a perfect 4-0 against Elsinore recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. San Jacinto will be playing at home against Elsinore at 3:15 p.m. The timing isn't great for San Jacinto: they have been struggling with four straight losses at home, while Elsinore has snatched up three consecutive wins on the road.

San Jacinto is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They put the hurt on West Valley with a sharp 25-5 victory on Wednesday. The win was some much needed relief for the Tigers as it spelled an end to their seven-game losing streak.

Keyera Cameron was a standout: she scored four runs and stole three bases while getting on base in four of her five plate appearances. That's the most runs she has posted since back in February. The team also got some help courtesy of Genesis Ruiz, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with five RBI, three runs, and one stolen base.

San Jacinto was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .559. They are 6-1 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for Elsinore's offense. They came up short against Temescal Canyon on Wednesday, falling 14-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Tigers have suffered since February 27th.

Elsinore's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6. As for San Jacinto, their victory bumped their record up to 7-8.

Friday's contest will be a test for both teams' pitchers. San Jacinto hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .354. However, it's not like Elsinore struggles in that department as they've averaged .367. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.

San Jacinto skirted past Elsinore 2-0 when the teams last played back in April of 2022. Will San Jacinto repeat their success, or does Elsinore has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
