Parkway will bounce into Thursday's match after beating New Knoxville, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. The Panthers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Rangers on Tuesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.
While Parkway won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-12, 25-23.

Parkway's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was KJae Stover, who had 23 assists and nine digs. Stover is crushing it when it comes to assists: she's posted at least 12 every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Madelyn Stover, who had 12 digs.
Meanwhile, St. John's came up short against Fort Recovery on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Bluejays have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.
The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-11, 25-14.
Parkway's win bumped their record up to 18-3. As for St. John's, their loss dropped their record down to 5-15.
Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of Thursday's contest: Parkway has really dialed in their serving this season, having averaged 8.5 aces per game. However, it's not like St. John's struggles in that department as they've been averaging 5 aces. Given these competing strengths, it'll be interesting to see how their clash plays out.
Everything went Parkway's way against St. John's in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as Parkway made off with a 3-0 victory.
