Cyprus entered their tilt with Hunter on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by a 12-1 margin over the Wolverines. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 13-0 victory on Wednesday.

BRODY DENSLEY was a standout: he went a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and two doubles. That's the most hits he has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was NOYKER VELASQUEZ, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI.

Cyprus was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .407. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .333 or higher in three consecutive matchups.

Cyprus' record is now 15-4. As for Hunter, they are on a 16-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-18.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cyprus will face off against Hillcrest at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hunter, they will challenge Granger at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Lancers have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 14.53 runs per game on average), something the Wolverines will no doubt try to take advantage of.
